Callidus Digital Solutions (ABN 77 215 237 912) runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, where it is kept and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the service you are interested in and your message.

Chat: the messages you send, any files you attach, and any details you choose to share, such as your name, business, email, phone number or website. Please do not share card numbers, passwords or health information in the chat.

Payments: PayPal handles every payment. We receive confirmation that you paid, the amount, and your name and email. We never see or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes and invoices, deliver the work you ask for, send receipts and follow up about your project.

Our website chat assistant uses an AI service to write its replies. Your chat messages are sent to that service only to produce a reply, and a member of our team can read the conversation and join it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising on other websites.

Where it is kept

Enquiries, chats, attached files, quotes and invoices are stored privately; only our team can open them. The site is hosted on servers that may be outside Australia, as are the email and AI services we use.

We keep records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Cookies and storage

The site keeps only what it needs to work in your browser: your cookie choice and a reference to your chat conversation, so it is still there when you come back. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the cookie button on any page.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Email info@callidustech.com.au.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
